About two weeks

I just have two weeks and a day before I move for the two years of graduate school. For about about 3 1/2 weeks I'm going to have barely anything to do: just work 8-5 p.m. and then get training set for my RA staff. But I won't be able to go far, no crazy trips off to Philly or anything like that. it's going to be nice, but so weird, I'm so used to "go, go, go"; that when that stops it's bizarre.

I'll just have to rediscover what it's like to have a life...

Summer is here!

Our summer session staff began moving in today and will meet for the first time in about 30 minutes for dinner. I'm in a weird place right now in the back and forth (aka: from NC to PA to NC, to PA, to NC, and then to PA for a long time), God definitely lined this up so I could transition and I'm thankful. For the first time ever I never been so glad to be back in NC and want to pack in everything I can with my friends admist the work schedule. It's one of those situations of "you don't know what you have till it's gone" and until I started the assistantships I didn't realize how awesome the students are here and how unboring my job is.
